What you have to do on and after the JEXPO 2013 Online Counselling All candidates who successfully allotted a seat will be allowed to take print out of Allotment Letter from online counseling portal o n 27.07.2013 at 2.00 p.m. onwards. Admission to the allotted seat is subject t o verification of all relevant documents, especially in case of candidate with reserved category or quota. The candidature will be liable to cancel if the candidate failed to produce documents in original before the verifying authority at the time of admission. Candidates must bring the following documents in original for verification and submission at the time of admission: i) Admit Card of Madhyamik / equivalent examination as age proof and for determination of District where the school of the candidate is situated from where he/she passed Madhyamik / equivalent examination. ii) Mark sheet / Certificate of Madhyamik / equivalent examination iii) JEXPO-2013 Admit Card. iv) Print-out of Allotment Letter taken from the counselling web portal after declaration of counseling result. v) Medical Certificate in prescribed format: A Medical Fitness Certificate in the format given hereunder will have to be obtained from Government Medical Officer / Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking and to be submitted in original. It may be noted that in no other form this certificate will be accepted. Medical Certificates issued by Registered Medical Practitioners will also be accepted. Medical Certificate must possess seal and registration number of the certifying medical officer / practitioner. vi) Filled-in Anti Ragging Affidavit in the format given hereunder will have to be submitted in original at the time of taking ad mission at Institute.  vii) All candidates who have been allotted a seat in online counseling, will have to submit a non-refundable counseling fee of Rs .500/- (Rupees five hundred) only in the form of demand draft drawn from any public scheduled commercial bank in favour of “West Bengal State Council of Technical Education” payable at Kolkata mentioning hi s/her Enrollment Number, Name and Mobile Number on the backside of the draft. viii) Admission Fees, as application to Government / Sponsored / Private Institutions, is required to be paid at the time of admission. ix) Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates are required to produce the Caste Certificate in original from the competent authority (Issued on or before 08.03.2013) at the time of admission without which their claim for reserved seats will not be entertained and thereby cancellation of allotment. x) Physically Challenged (PC) candidates are required to produce the Physically Challenged Certificates in original obtained from the competent authority (Issued on or before 08.03.2013) at the time of admission without which their claim for reserved seats will not be entertained and thereby cancellation of allotment. * For candidates allotted seats under Land Looser Category Out of District Quota Seats of each district of West Bengal, certain numbers of seats are kept reserved under "Land Loser" (LL) category for the candidates coming from land loser families of the respective districts. The candidates opted for and allotted with “Land Loser” (LL) category seats will have to produce the relevant certificate in original issued by competent authority of Government of West Bengal at the time of admission, without which such claim will not be entertained and thereby cancellation of allotment. * For candidates allotted seats under TFW Category The candidates who are domiciled in West Bengal and whose annual family income from all source during the financial year 2011-2012 is less than Rs.2.50 lakhs will be allowed admission under TFW scheme. For the purpose of determining the annual income of parents/guardian from all Sources , an officer of the State Government in the rank of Block Development Officer or Sub- Divisional Officer or Additional District Magistrate or District / Group-A Gazetted Officer of the State or Central Government of similar rank or above in the rural region or Executive Officer of Municipality / Assistant Commissioner or above in Commissionerate / Group-A Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government of similar rank or above in the urban region, will be competent to issue income certificate. For the format of such certificate, the Information Brochure of JEXPO-2013 may be referred. The candidates who have allotted seats under TFW quota will have to produce aforesaid certificate in original at the time of admission without which such claim will not be entertained and thereby cancellation of allotment.
