Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology,157/F, Nilgunj Road, Panihati, Kolkata-700114 College type:- Self Financed ELIGIBILITY: 1) An Indian citizen 2) MOPM & 3DAG:- Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination from any recognised institution for MOPM & 3DAG Candidates (English must be one of the subjects of study at Secondary (10) and Higher Secondary (10+2) level for MOPM Candidates). 3) Pharmacy :- Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination in General Stream Course with Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics. Candidates passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent examination in Vocational Stream Course or passed from National Open School are not eligible for admission, as per prescribed admission eligibility of Pharmacy Council of India . Merit List for admission will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in “Physics + Chemistry +Biology” or “Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics” for Pharmacy Candidates. 4) PDPC:- Passed 3-years Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any polytechnic recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE ) and West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) or its equivalent OR B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from a recognized University obtaining at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in qualifying examination for PDPC Candidates. 5) PDME:- Passed 3-years Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Science & Technology / Computer Software Technology / Medical Laboratory Technology from any polytechnic recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) or its equivalent OR Bachelor Degree in Science having combination of at least any two subjects from Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics, Physiology, Zoology or Statistics from a recognized University for PDME Candidates. 5) Age Limit:   For admission in MOPM,3DAG,PDPC,PDME  No age limit. For admission in Pharmacy (PH) -Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the Pharmacy Course. Main Date: Starting of Downloading Application Form : 05/07/2013 Last Date of application form submission: 24/07/2013 upto 4.00 P.M. Application Fees: Rs.450/- (Rupees four hundred fifty) [bank draft of Rs.450/- (Rupees four hundred fifty) only drawn in favour of “West Bengal State Council of Technical Education” payable at Kolkata.
