JHMAT 2012 counseling notice was published on 09/07/2012. It will be started from n Friday, the 27th July, 2012 (12.00 noon) at “Kolkata Karigori Bhavan”,3rd Floor, 110 S.N.Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013.
A Medical Fitness Certificate in the format given below will have to be obtained from Government Medical Officer / Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking and to be submitted in original at the time of counselling. It may be noted that in no other form this certificate will be accepted. Medical Certificates issued by Registered Medical Practitioners will also be accepted.

Candidates must bring the following documents in original for verification at the time of issuance of allotment letter:
i) Admit Card of Madhyamik / equivalent examination as age proof
ii) Mark sheet of Madhyamik / equivalent examination
iii) Admit Card of JHMAT-2012 Examination
iv) Counterfoil of application form
v) Medical Certificate in prescribed format

COUNSELLING NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that the counselling and admission of students based on the merit position of Joint Hotel Management Aptitude Test (JHMAT) Examination – 2012 in the following affiliated colleges for study 3 Years’ Diploma Course in Hotel Management & Catering Technology during the academic session 2012-13 will be held on Friday, the 27th July, 2012 (12.00 noon) at “Kolkata Karigori Bhavan”, 3rd Floor, 110 S.N.Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013. All merit listed candidates are advised to attend the counselling programme.
| The counselling will be made till availability of seats and the counselling will be stopped when the seats are filled-up. All candidates will have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) only in the form of demand draft drawn on United Bank of India (from any branch of UBI) in favour of “West Bengal State Council of Technical Education”.If selected for admission and a seat is allotted, the candidate will have to report to the concerned institution for taking final admission by paying requisite admission fee. The annual fee for study of the course is Rs.50,000/- (i.e. total course fee is Rs.1,50,000/- for 3 years). |
