This year counselling will be offline, means you have to go to the counselling place. Counselling place is "Regional Institute of Printing Technology, Raja S.C. Mullick Road,
Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032". Counselling will be started from 12.06.2012 at 10:00 am.
All candidates will have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) only in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of “West Bengal State Council of Technical Education” payable at Kolkata. If selected for admission and a seat is allotted, the candidate will have to pay an amount of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only through CASH (For private polytechnic additional fees may have to be submitted in the respective polytechnic). A Medical Fitness Certificate in the format given below will have to be obtained from Government Medical Officer / Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking and to be submitted in original at the time of counselling. It may be noted that in no other form this certificate will be accepted. Medical Certificates issued by Registered Medical Practitioners will also be accepted. You have to brought the bellow listed document:

Voclet counselling Notice 2012
All VOCLET merit listed candidates are requested to take a print out of their merit card or score card. If you can't understand how to get the merit card or score card click here and write your enrollment number in appropriate position and click serach and then click print. Take to sets of Xerox copy of your all testimonials( VOCLET Admit card , MP admit card, Vocational XII or ITI final year admit card, Mark sheet (if available) and certificates (if available) and attested copy of all this document. No, you can't take "Electrical" as a polytechnic subject. You can only get "Auto Mobile Engineering " or " Mechanical Engineering ".
You have to wait for 2nd counselling (if council publish it) or this time you can get admission in non-gov. polytechnic college in management quota, but its needs lot of money.

Vocational 2012 result should be published within 1st week of June 2012. If your number will be less then 60%, you have the chance to get admission in polytechnic. So don't take tension. Hindi ma ek khabat hai na "tension lana ka nahi dane ka hai ". Ok.. be cool and I hope your result will be very good.
