It is depend on number of counselling and number of blank seats. So you have to wait for further counselling notice (if council publish 2nd counselling notice).

When you were submit your VOCLET application form in engineering college, they returned you a part of your application form (lower part of your application form). That part is called Counterfoil of application form. It should be in your any file at home. Search.
