Notice is hereby given for information of all merit listed candidates (Pharmacy) seeking admission to 1st year of Diploma in Pharmacy Course at Contai Polytechnic for the session 2011-2012 that the counseling and admission will be held as per the following schedule:
Date: 26 August,2011
Venue: CONTAI POLYTECHNIC
Time: 11:00 am onwards.
Candidates are requested to note that:
1. Total number of seates at Contai polytechnic for D.Pharm. : 60.
2. Counseling will be made till availability of seats and the counseling will be stoped as soon as the seats are filled up.
3. Appearing in counseling one by one on the basis of their rank.
4. Reservation for SC/ST candidates is applicable on;ly to those of West Bengal.
5. Vaild PC certificates in original issued by Govt. Hospital or DSW, Government of West Bengal must be produce at the time of counseling/admission. At least 40% disability wullbe counted.
Please bring your original : 1 copy Passport size photo attested and pasted on Admission form,Admit card/marksheet/certificate of MAdhyamik or equivalent, Marksheet of H.S or eueivalent, SC/ST/PC certificates,Admission form with Medical fitness certificates, Counterfoil of Application form, DD of 425/- from any SBI bank branch in favour of "West Bengal State Council of Technical Education" payable at Kolkata.
