Note: JEXPO Rank Holders of all categories who collected ‘Rank Cards’ from the Rank Counter,deposited ‘Counselling Fees’ but failed to furnish original CBSE Mark Sheet at the time of verification, are advised to appear for counselling on 20.08.2011 (Saturday) at their respective above mentioned reporting time. Those who will not be able to furnish original CBSE Mark Sheet at the time of verification will be allotted seat provisionally subject to the availability of vacant seats. Candidates must bring the original Admission Form and Rank Card issued by the Council in addition to other specified original documents. Candidates called for counselling must report at the venue of counselling on the designated date and time as notified by the Council. Failure to report at the scheduled date and time will make the candidate ineligible for counselling.Admission forms, if required, may be collected from the polytechnics on all working days, which will be supplied to the merit listed candidates called for counselling on payment of Rs.20/- (Rupees twenty) in cash. The duly filled-in Admission Form is required to be submitted at the time of counselling. Do not attach any photocopy of the certificates with the Admission Form. Candidates, who have already obtained Admission Form earlier, need not collect the same.

Apropos to our previous notifications regarding counselling programme under JEXPO-2011, this is to further notify that 3rd phase of counselling will be held as per following schedule at “Rabindra Sarobar Pavilion Hall, Near Menoka Cinema Hall, Kolkata” for filling-up of few vacant seats in JEXPO-2011.The counselling will be continued till availability of seats and the counselling will be stopped when the seats are filled-up.Date Reporting Time Rank Position 20.08.2011
