How to fillup the option form:

To fill-up the option form,follow the steps:
1. Write your name in CAPITAL.
2. Write your father name in CAPITAL.
3. Write your Date of Birth as DD/MM/YYYY format.
4. Write your Poly-40 rank as on your Rank Card.(strick out JEXPO and VOCLET)
5. Write five engineering Branch and Institution of your choose. Alwase choose the colleges from your Poly-40 area, Example- Candidates who are qualified in KNSHH area, they can apply only for colleges which are in the districs Kolkata, Howrah, Hoogly, North & South 24 Parganas.
6. If you prefere any particular branch then write the name. Example- CS or Computer Science
7. If you prefer any particular college then write down the name of the college. Example: The Calcutta Technical School

One thing you have to remamber that you have to fillup the form at counseling venue, not at home. But you should take two copy of the form. Take One blank copy in your bag and fillup another copy at home and also take it in you bag.
