| 1. Two Demand Drafts, one of Rs.500/- towards Counseling Fee and another of Rs.2000/- towards Allotment Fee, preferably on UNITED BANK OF INDIA are to be drawn in favour of "WEST BENGAL STATE COUNCIL OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION" payable at "KOLKATA".
(In case of very special case/emergent situation acceptable to the authority, Counseling Fee amounting Rs.750/- and Allotment Fee amounting 2250/- may be deposited in cash.) 2. VOCLET 2013 Admit card 3. Madhyamik Admit Card / Marksheet (Original). Student should keep one xerox copy with him/her. 4. VOCATIONAL or ITI Marksheet and Admit card (Original). Student should keep one xerox copy with him/her. 5. Medical Certificate. download the certificate format from the link below of my post. What student should do ? 1. Candidates must write their names, ranks and contact mobile numbers at the back side of both the demand drafts before deposition. 2. Should keep 2 photograph (passport size). (Counseling notice did not mention it, but you should keep it with you) 3. Council will not accept any type of xerox document (like marksheet,Admit card etc.). You have to submit Only original document. But you should keep one xerox copy with you. 4. Counseling will started from 9:30 a.m, so student should be reached to the VENUE at 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m or 1 hour before the commencements of counseling. At the time of Polytechnic Colleges after the Counseling: 1. All documents Printed above(Original and Xerox) 2. Admission and other Fees according to the College Guide Line 3. AICTE Anti Ragging Affidavit (Must download and Take Print out and Sign at the right place. This notice is not for students only for self financing/private polytechnics/institutes.
Both are needed for counselling.
Does "Anty Ragging form" need during councelling?
No. You have to submit it at the time of Admission in Polytechnic College.
