JEXPO 2013 2nd phase counselling notice: 2nd phase counselling shall also be on-line mode. Only the candidates who have been failed to get any allotment to any Polytechnic college are eligible to participate in the 2nd phase counselling. No new registration shall be allowed during the 2nd phase of counselling. Remember: Those who did not register during 1st phase of On-line counselling are not eligible to participate in the 2nd phase counselling.
